CYBEL VULCAN-1550

The CYBEL VULCAN-1550 series is a line of high power CW fiber lasers at a selected wavelength in the 1550 nm window. The VULCAN-1550 laser delivers up to 15 W of CW output averaged power with a random or linear polarization and a single mode high beam quality, M2<1.1 This laser is designed for industrial as well as R&D applications.

The VULCAN-1550 laser comes in either an OEM package ( 200 x 150 x 43 mm3 ) with standard or a PM fiber, or in a 19″ benchtop enclosure. Both the output power and key operating parameters are controlled from a RS 232 computer interface (module) or from the front panel keybord (benchtop).

The VULCAN-1550 module is an efficient and compact all-fiber OEM unit specifically designed for airborne or ground sensing applications.
