Pilot Photonics Direct Modulated DFB laser

The Pilot-DML-10 DFB directly modulated laser offers a frequency response above 12.5 GHz for applications that require high speed direct modulation. The laser is packaged in a fiber coupled 7-pin butterfly package with RF (K) connector.
