IM-1550-20-TQ – Temperature Qualified 1550 NM 20 GHz Intensity Modulator

The Optilab IM-1550-20-TQ is a 20 GHz Intensity Modulator designed for digital modulation up to 25 Gb/s, and  for analog modulation of up to 20 GHz for satellite links, antenna remoting, and RF over Fiber. It is a low Vpi, low insertion loss Intensity Modulator with excellent stability in a biased circuit, operating from 1530 nm to 1610 nm.

The Optilab IM-1550-20-TQ Intensity Modulator is temperature qualified over -55°C to + 80°C, that allows it to operate in the most severe environments.
