IMP-1310-40 – 1310 NM 40 GHz Intensity Modulator
The Optilab IMP-1310-40 40 GHz Intensity Modulator is designed for analog modulation of up to 40 GHz for microwave links, antenna remoting, and RF over Fiber. It is a high linearity, low drive voltage lithium niobate Mach-Zehnder interferometer (MZI) design. The IMP-1310-40 40 GHz Intensity Modulator is also ideally suited for digital communication up to 44 Gb/s. It is a low-loss lithium modulator that proves to be extremely stable for long periods of time, and features excellent stability in a biased circuit, operating from 1270 nm to 1370 nm.
