MLM-14C Laser Mount for 14-pin Butterfly Directly Modulated Laser

The MLM laser diode mount is designed to provide a safe and easy-to-use interface between a directly modulated Butterfly laser and its current and temperature controller. The MLM laser diode mount has built-in bias current filtering and heat sink. The MLM-14C is designed for 14-PIN butterfly package lasers with modulation of cathode pin 12. It is recommended that a DC-block is used for the modulation input.
